Undergraduate Research Opportunities

Analysing the universal proteome is a big job, and we are always interested in working with bright new researchers with a passion for computational biology, a desire to see their work be used by thousands of academics, and interested in the possibility of novel discovery. If you are interested in embarking on a project with our laboratory, and have a strong background in either computer science, genetics, biochemistry, cellular biology, mathematics, or statistics, please contact us. A number of available projects are listed below, but we are open to alternative, well considered proposals.
