Request Additional Server Access: Due to limited computational resources and the complexity of phylogenomic analysis, we have been forced to place a limit on each user's access to our web servers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for additional access at this time. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are, however, always interested in building new collaborative projects. If you are interested in collaborating with us on a project that may require additional computational resources or increased access to our servers, please email us at phylo.
Request Software:
Nearly all of our available software is provided using a web server interface. Much
of this software is highly complex, requiring interactions with relational databases
and multiple third-party applications. For this reason, not all of our systems are
available for download.
Software that can be downloaded and installed locally is available through the
tools page. Click on
the individual tool, then click the more information
link to see if that
tool is available as a standalone application.
Currently, the only available standalone applications we provide are
SCI-PHY
and
SATCHMO,
which is available as part of the
Lobster package.
