Enolase Family Analysis

  • Input MSA. Note: MSA is shown in Aligned Fasta format. The alignments can be retrieved using the hyperlinks.
  • SCI-PHY subfamilies. Each subfamily is indicated by "% subfamily number", followed by the alignment of sequences within that subfamily.
  • Mapping between SCI-PHY and expert classficaton.
  • Neighbor-Joining tree. The NJ tree is a Majority-Rule consensus of 200 bootstrap replicates.
  • Maximum-Likelihood tree.
  • Parsimony tree.
  • Strict consensus tree. A strict consensus of the three standard tree methods was derived and the SCI-PHY subfamilies were mapped on to it.
  • Report.
  • Taxonomic divisions. SCI-PHY subfamilies further refine the expert classifications along taoxonomic lines.
